Whiteford Valley Golf Club - Course 3 in Ottawa Lake
This facility has four regulation eighteen hole courses. The South Course is the longest and also the most challenging. The fairways are tight, and the small greens are fast. The North Course is a little easier because it features wide open fairways. Both courses, built on flat terrain, have creeks and lakes coming into play. Wind is a major factor on these courses, so proper club selection is an important part of the game. The signature hole on the North Course is #4, a 300-yard, par 4, requiring an approach shot to a small green. The East and West courses have recently been opened to the public and will offer challenges unlike the other two courses.
