Weequahic Park Golf Course in Newark
This tree-lined course was built on rolling terrain and has elevated greens. The design includes sand bunkers coming into play on all the holes except one. The signature hole is #13, a 408-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a dogleg left fairway, then an approach shot over water to the green. Hal Purdy designed the back nine, which opened in 1969. Tee times are only reserved for weekends and holidays and must be made in person.
