A swamp serves as the centerpiece of the course, as the holes are situated around a wildlife-abundant wetlands. The greens have a variety of undulation and contour. The signature hole is #9, a 355-yard, par 4, which calls for a tee shot over a hill onto a rising fairway. The green is tucked away in the trees and has a creek that runs through its front.
