University Park Country Club - Course 3 in University Park
This club has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The original eighteen holes, the 1 + 10 Course, was rated as one of the top fifty in Florida by "GOLFWEEK." The fairways are fairly narrow, and the greens are large and undulating. Water hazards come into play on several holes. The terrain is flat, but you can only walk the course during the summer months after 2 PM. The signature hole is #5, a 193-yard, par 3, requiring an approach shot over water to the green. Guest fees are seasonal, therefore calling ahead of time to get accurate rates is recommended.
