Timber Lake Golf Course in Moberly
This course isn't too difficult, but there are some hills and wooded areas that make for some interesting shots. The fairways are average width and loaded with mounds that can cause uneven lies. The greens are fairly large and can be fast if the wind and sun dry them out. There is a creek that winds through the back nine, and a lakes come into play on several additional holes. The signature hole is #14, a 386-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a tree-lined fairway, then an approach shot to a sloping green that is guarded by water in the front.
