The Course at Westland in Jacksonville
This links-style course was redesigned by Mark McCumber in 1994. The fairways are open, and the greens are large, flat, and medium to fast in speed. The terrain is flat with lakes and canals coming into play on almost every hole. The signature hole is #2, a 177-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot to a well-bunkered, large green. The wind is a major factor on this hole. Private and group golf lessons are available.
