The Bay Club in Berlin
The East Course is a championship eighteen hole course and opened in 1998. Nine holes are tight with tall pine trees while the other nine holes are more open and call for target golf. Holes #9 and #18 on both the East and West courses are challenging par 5s. The West Course was cut into the woods, and locals rate the playing conditions as excellent. Golfers can test their skill and courage at hole #14, a 189-yard, par 3, called "Devil's Island, " which is known as the area's original island green. Golfers can also ponder endless choices of attack at the "Green Monster," the spectacular dual green on holes #9 and #18, which measures 100 yards in width and is the only one of its kind on the East Coast.
