Sugar Mill Country Club - Course 2 in
This club has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. The White/Red combination is the original eighteen, the Blue underwent a major renovation project during the summer of 1995 under the guidance of Joe Lee. The result is one of the most scenic nines in Central Florida. During the renovations the fairways and greens were enlarged in areas to provide a more fair yet challenging course. The course is consistently one of the best conditioned in the area. Lakes come into play on all three courses. The Blue Course is the tightest course, featuring tree-lined fairways. The signature hole is #8 on the Red Course, a 409-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot over water to the fairway, then an approach shot to an elevated green guarded by bunkers on both sides and in front. The other tees shown are additional men's tees.
