St. Augustine Shores Golf Club in Saint Augustine
This course is short but demanding. Open and narrow tree-lined fairways are features of the design, and water hazards come into play on several holes. Don't be surprised if you see alligators wandering around a few holes. The signature hole is #11, a 488-yard, par 5, requiring an approach shot over a lake, which guards the front of the green. Nine hole green fee rates indicated are for rounds beginning before 8:30 AM. Walking is permitted after 3 PM. The club added a set of championship tees, which became available in December, 1997.
