South Shore Harbour Country Club - Course 1 in League City
This club has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. These courses have water hazards coming into play on a majority of holes and well-bunkered greens. Locals say the yardage is deceiving because the courses play longer than they look. Holes #4 and #12 on the original designs have peninsula greens which are guarded in front by greenside sand bunkers. The wind is a major factor on these courses, so selecting the proper club becomes an important aspect of the game.
