Sequoyah Country Club in Oakland

This course claims to have the best greens in the state. The course is short but seems to play longer than it looks. It has tree-lined fairways and there are some redwoods on the course that stand over fifty feet tall. Herbert Fowler was the first to redesign the course, followed by Robert Muir Graves, who redesigned thirteen holes in 1968.
