This course is highlighted by a lake on the #8 hole. This hole is a 505-yard, par 5, often requiring shots into a prevailing wind. The approach shot must carry the lake or you'll wind up posting a high number on the hole. Many of the fairways are doglegs, and almost all the fairways have trees which can affect your shots. This military course's green fees are adjusted according to the rank of the military personnel.
