Scholl Canyon Golf & Tennis Club in Glendale
This narrow executive course has undulating fairways which will cause many uneven lies. The back nine is more hilly than the front nine. The greens are average-sized. The most difficult hole is #13, a 289-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a sharp dogleg-left fairway, then an approach shot to a green with cliffs protecting its right side. Golfers have the option of only playing nine holes in the mornings from 7 AM until 8:30 AM. The course was redesigned in 1994. Seniors have the option of renting a cart for an entire year.
