Riverview Golf Club in New Cumberland
This military course does have a public membership. The fairways are average width and never watered, unless it rains. The greens are small and difficult to read. Subtle obstacles, such as trees and sand bunkers, can alter your shots at any given time. The signature hole is #5, a 549-yard, par 5, requiring shots up a dogleg right fairway that narrows as you near the small, sloping green. Tee times are only reserved for weekends and holidays. There are additional sets of tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.
