This course was built on flat terrain and features tree-lined fairways. The greens are medium-sized, and the fairways are narrow. The scenery is beautiful, plus there are a few ponds and sand bunkers adding to the difficulty of the course. Brazoria Lake comes into play on several holes, and the Brazoria River is played as a lateral water hazard.
