Quail Valley Golf Course in Banks
This links-style course has water hazards that come into play on many holes. There is thick fescue rough bordering most of the fairways, and many sand bunkers have been incorporated into the course design. All the tee boxes are elevated as are most of the greens. The large greens are somewhat sloped and medium speed. The signature hole is #2, a short 289-yard, par 4, in which many golfers attempt to drive the green for an eagle putt, but instead end up in the large lake that protects the green.
