Pine Valley Golf Course - Course 1 in Ray
This club has three nine hole courses that are played in three eighteen hole combinations. This is a very scenic and fine facility. The courses were built on rolling terrain and are surrounded by many tall pine trees nourished by a winding branch of the Clinton River. The large greens are undulating and medium to fast in speed. The Red Course's signature hole is #9, a par 5, requiring a tee shot up a slight dogleg right fairway, where the golfer is then tempted to try for the double-tiered green rather than lay-up in front of the water. Riding carts are mandatory when playing eighteen holes and are included in the green fees.
