Pine Hills Golf Course in Laingsburg
This course's greens are slightly sloped and easy to read. The fairways are wide open, and water hazards (three ponds) come into play on four holes. In addition, a liberal number of sand bunkers were strategically placed on the course, so shot accuracy is at a premium. Holes #1 through #9 are nicknamed, "The Habitat." Holes #10 through #18 are nicknamed, "The Gardner-Buskirk Course," because they bear family names of previous landowners on which these holes are located. Bruce Matthews remodeled this course.
