North Shore Country Club in Glenview
This traditional course is heavily wooded with elm trees. No matter which tee box you chose to play from, this course plays long. "Golf Digest" rated this as the 12th "Best in State" course for the years 1995 through 1998. The 1933 U.S. Open, won by John Goodman, was held here. The ladies' par is actually 76.
