Mt. Carmel Municipal Golf Course in Mount Carmel
This is a great course for the average golfer. The fairways on the front nine are wide open, and the fairways on back nine are tree lined and narrow. The large greens are slightly sloped, and ponds come into play on three holes. The signature hole is #15, a 238-yard, par 3, requiring a long tee shot over a ditch to a small green with out-of-bounds stakes coming into play if you hit your shot too long. Tee time reservations are accepted on Tuesdays for the following weekend.
