Jefferson Landing On the New River in Jefferson
This resort course is located at the base of Mt. Jefferson. The area was once a large dairy farm, and only recently was transformed into the golf course. The fairways are wide open, and the greens are large and mostly level. The tee boxes are elevated, and water hazards come into play on fifteen holes. The toughest hole to play is #18, a 489-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot up a slight dogleg right fairway with water coming into play along the right side of the fairway. Weekday rates only apply from Monday through Thursday, and the weekend and holiday rates are applicable on Fridays.
