Holston Valley Golf Course in Bristol
This club is an official member of both the USGA and PGA. Although no water hazards are currently on the course, plans are being made to have them added with other renovations by the year 2000. One of the toughest holes is #18, a 172-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot over water to the green. A driving range, also lit for night use, along with a putting green and a sand and chipping area, will be complete by the spring of 1998. The club also plans to add two electronic golf simulators to their training facilities. The club will be a soft-spike only facility by June, 1998. Junior, senior, and twilight rates will be available beginning spring, 1998.
