The front nine holes on this course are cut through a pine plantation. The back nine, which opened in June, 1997, is built around a wetland area. The greens are large and very well manicured. Water comes into play on three holes. Wildlife seen on the course includes deer and black bears. Soft spike shoes are strongly encouraged, though not mandatory.
