Hawks Nest State Park Golf Course in Gauley Bridge
This unusual mountain-style course has ten holes instead of nine. There was extra property available, so the club decided to add the extra hole. The fairways are tree-lined and lead up to medium-sized greens that are undulating and moderate in speed. The course is located on Gauley Mountain at an elevation of 1,200 feet. There are additional sets of tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.
