H. Smith Richardson Golf Course in Fairfield
This course was built on rolling hills and is very scenic. The fairways are lined with trees, but still provide generous landing areas, and the large greens are undulating. In addition, ponds come into play on three holes. Holes #6 and #10 are very hilly and provide a real challenge for all skill levels. "Golf Digest" rated this course as the 9th "Best Public Course" in the state for 1996.
