Green Oaks Golf Club in Concord
This hilly course is mostly tree lined and has many dogleg fairways. The elevated greens are medium-sized, undulating and some of them are located on tops of hills. Either four ponds or a connecting creek come into play on seven holes. This course was built on the second largest gold mine on the East Coast, The Phoenix Gold Mine. Since few ladies play golf here, ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men.
