Gold Hills Country Club in Redding
This course is best known for the many water hazards and sand bunkers that were strategically incorporated into its design. The signature hole is #18, a 508-yard, par 5, requiring accurate shots up the fairway which is lined by thick stands of pine trees. The practice sand bunker and chipping green are for member use only. The 6,164-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 76.2 and slope of 136. The 5,556-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 72.8 and slope of 128.
