George Wright Golf Course in Hyde Park
Designed by Donald Ross as a WPA project in the 1930s, George Wright is an emerald oasis in working-class Hyde Park. The course was built on rolling terrain and has tight tree-lined fairways and small greens. A pond comes into play on one hole. The course added an irrigation system in 2002.
