Gauntlet Golf at Myrtle West in Longs
This course has twenty-three lakes throughout the layout, and water hazards come into play on eighty percent of the holes. The course is not very intimidating off the tees due to its wide open fairways. It does, however, require clever shotmaking skills to navigate the water hazards and fast, tiered greens. The signature hole is #16, a 203-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot that must carry because of the limited landing area in front of the green. There is water along the left side and a sand bunker runs parallel to the right edge. The other tee shown is an additional men's tee.
