Garden Valley Golf Resort - Course 1 in Lindale
This resort has two outstanding courses: the eighteen hole Dogwood and the nine hole Hummingbird. The most interesting features of these courses are their elevation changes, elevated greens and tee boxes, and fairly thick, tree-lined fairways. The older Hummingbird Course offers a fine day of recreational golf for the less experienced golfer as well as the low handicapper. The Dogwood Course was cut out of a forest and features narrow fairways. The back nine is carved like a maze through 100 foot tall pine, Crepe Myrtle, Carolina Jasmine, Hollies, cedars, and dogwoods trees, plus 1,500 Azaleas add color to the course's beauty. Carts are mandatory on this course. Senior discounts only apply to the Hummingbird Course.
