Dorset Field Club in Dorset

This club, which claims to have the oldest course in America, was originally founded in 1886 and has been listed by the USGA as one of the first 100 clubs established in the U.S. In addition, it was recognized in "GOLF Magazine's" 1995 list of "The First 100 Clubs in America." The greens are small, and the fairways are wide open. The terrain varies between hilly and flat. There are a few sand bunkers and one dogleg right fairway in the layout. The course was recently expanded to a full 18 holes.
