Deer Run Golf Course & Resort in Washington Island
This course was built on a wooded island, but no water comes into play. Two of the fairways have dogleg configurations; one that bends to the left on hole #5, and one that bends to the right on hole #6. The ladies tee off from the same set of tees as the men. There is a miniature golf course that children can play while the adults are out playing the regulation course. In addition, the course personnel say that the restaurant is excellent. The course underwent a change in ownership in 1997.
