Cypress Run Golf Club in Tarpon Springs
This course is set among beautifully manicured wooded terrain, and is considered one of the best designed and maintained courses in the Tampa Bay area. The fairways are wide, but lined with towering cypress and oak trees. The greens are very fast, making them a challenge even for the seasoned player. The signature hole is #18, a 433-yard, par 4, featuring a dogleg right fairway and a green that is guarded in front by Hollins Creek. With four sets of tees, this course combines a stern challenge for the most talented golfer with the playability desired by the novice. PGA Tour professionals John Huston and Skip Kendall are members of this club. The 6,193-yard men's tee also has a ladies' course rating of 71.9 and a slope of 133.
