Cynthiana Country Club in
This short course is recommended for players of all skill levels. The greens vary in size and are generally sloped while the fairways are typically narrow and lined by trees. It is very difficult to have an even lie because of the undulating terrain. Two lakes and sand bunkers are strategically placed throughout the design. The signature hole is #7, a 392-yard, par 4, featuring a blind tee shot due to a slight dogleg right fairway and then a green that is kidney-shaped with a grass bunker in the middle and a protective sand bunker on the left. There are additional tees that can be used when playing an eighteen hole round.
