Currie Municipal Golf Course - Course 2 in Midland
This busy municipal facility originally offered a regulation eighteen hole course (East) and a nine hole regulation course (West). The West Course is now eighteen holes and the East Course is under renovation. The grounds crew works very hard to keep the courses in great condition. The fairways on both courses are mostly flat, but some hills can cause uneven lies. The Currie East Course features a river flowing through it that comes into play on four holes. The greens vary in size and are hard to read. The Currie West Course has a couple of ponds coming into play on three holes. The undulating greens are the most challenging part of this course.
