Abilene Country Club in Abilene
This course has many sand bunkers and its fairways are fairly open. The most difficult hole is #9, a 390-yard, par 4, requiring an approach shot that must carry at least 100 yards over water to the green. This club has hosted the State Senior Amateur three times. The course was redesigned in 1993 by George Williams and Garrett Gill. The men's tees also have a ladies' course rating of 72.7 and a slope of 121.
